Grilled Yellow Tomatoes with Avocado Sauce

Keep that grill fired up! Yellow tomatoes are known to be milder than their blushing cousins, but the sauce in this dish adds plenty of zip. The tangy avocado-based sauce can also be served as a dip with veggies and chips, or used as a burger topping or sandwich spread.
